WHAT TO WEAR?

The forecast is for typical Scottish summer weather which means sunny with showers. Pack a waterproof and bring something warm for nightime.

This year the organisation couldn't be going smoother. As I type this my co-organiser and Westcoast Messenger's talismanic mascot James Tait is banged up in Holland en-route to ECMC. I hope he get's released before next week because I was looking forward to our annual 'big argument about nothing'. Before James left these shores he named Movie as his understudy so , Movie, if you're reading this you have been warned.

BRING ON THE MAYHEM!

THE ONE RULE

It hasn't been mentioned for a while but Millportpoloco is and has always been a no gears event ( fixed/free* we're not fussy ) purely because at the time of the first Millportpoloco there were no Glasgow couriers not riding track bikes. You're more than welcome to come with a geared bike, there's no snobbery here, but you will not be eligible for any prizes.

*I think the only person to ever turn up on a singlespeed was 13yr old Lewis on his BMX
